I've updated the build to along with the executable python, also emit python as a static lib. The build changes to make that work are mostly straightforward.
In the process of using the static lib I added some minimal zig bindings to python + an example. If this is out of scope for this repo I can move those to a separate repo. I based them slightly on https://github.com/Rexicon226/zig-cpython
To make loading initializing the embed python lib a little easier I also made the
Lib
directory an installable so the the embed runtime can find its install path and load it slightly easier. (I can also remove this if its out of scope)Still learning some of the zig build system patterns so open to change anything
